Applications are sought for positions as full-time and part-time Campus Learning Enhancement Organisers commencing in 2025.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The听role听of听the听Learning听Enhancement听Team听at听Padua听College听is听to听provide听an听inclusive听education and to听enhance听educational听opportunities听for听all听students.听The听full听inclusion听of听students听with听disability听has听a positive impact upon the learning and teaching environment for all.听
The Campus Learning Enhancement Organiser (CLEO) will assist the Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinators (CLEC) in听meeting听obligations听and听compliance听with听regulatory听authorities.听They听will听support听and听work听collaboratively with all members of the Learning Enhancement Team and wider teaching staff on the Campus to support staff in catering for the needs of students who require additional assistance to reach听their full potential.
The College Learning Enhancement Organisers are key members of the Learning Enhancement Team听under the direction of the Director of Learning Enhancement (DLE), College Learning Enhancement Administrator (CLEA)听and Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinators (CLEC). The CLEO reports to the DLE, CLEA, CLEC and the Head of Campus/Director of Campus.听Please note that the CLEO may be required to assist with administrative tasks at other campuses as required. This听Position听Description听is听subject听to听review听and听modification听by听the听Principal and nominee听at听any听time听in听response听to the changing needs of the College.听
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The听major听areas听of听responsibility听of听the听Campus听Learning听Enhancement听Organiser are:
- In collaboration with the CLEC, supporting Data听Collection听and听Data听Integrity听within听the听Campus.
- Supporting the CLEA with听Human听Resource听Management听of听the听Learning Support Officer听team on听their听campus.

- Coordinating the timetables of Learning Support Officers each semester at their campus.
- performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.

SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $74,334.00 - $84,225.00 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation.

Application forms for these positions should be returned to the Principal by email to employment@padua.vic.edu.au, accompanied by full R茅sum茅, the names of three referees and university transcripts by 10am Monday 21 October 2024. All applications will be acknowledged on receipt by return email. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted further. Other applicants will not receive further communication from the College regarding the position.
