OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The nature of schools is such that there are constant and ongoing changes to the 鈥榯imetabled鈥 program. The Daily Organiser also manages duty rosters to ensure appropriate arrangements are in place to supervise students outside of class time.

The Daily Organiser, in conjunction with the Director of College Operations and Logistics, assists the College Improvement Team in the planning, coordination and management of resources on the Campus, which supports the effective implementation of the College鈥檚 Educational Strategic Plan. The Daily Organiser, in conjunction with the Director of College Operations and Logistics, ensures that the Campus is operating effectively so that student learning and pastoral opportunities are optimised. The Daily Organiser uses the 鈥楧aily Organiser鈥 software from Timetabling Solutions as both a tool to administer day-to-day changes and to store progressive data. This software is linked to the College intranet which is used to disseminate up-to-date data to all staff and students.听

The Daily Organiser reports to the Vice-Principal 鈥 Staff, Strategy and Development personally as well as via the Director of College Logistics and Operations and the Heads of Campus.
