Role Description/Criteria

Aquinas College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people with an enrolment of over 1700 students. Our mission is to promote quality learning in our students while developing an awareness of God in their lives, the value of human relationships, a sense of justice, a hopeful spirit and a love of learning.

Following the appointment of the incumbent to principalship at another Catholic College, we are seeking an experienced educator with a passion for student wellbeing and learning to join our dynamic leadership team in the position of Deputy Principal.

The successful applicant will have experience in the development and implementation of strategic plans with a demonstrated track record of achievement and change management. The Deputy Principal will work with passionate educators and staff to deliver the best student outcomes. The successful applicant will be committed to the ethos of Catholic Schools and their mission.

Commencing January 2025, the role is a 5 year appointment.
