Role Description/Criteria

MacKillop College invites experienced educators seeking a leadership position where they can be an authentic and positive role model for students, staff and families, and work proactively and collaboratively to develop, maintain and encourage positive and professional relationships across the year level and College.Ìý

Working collaboratively as a member of the Student Wellbeing Team, this role will support and mentor students to meet their conduct and behavioural obligations while encouraging personal accountability. The Year Level Leader will implement programs and initiatives and be responsible for the timely provision of support as required to students, educators and families,Ìýpromoting collegiality and open dialogue.Ìý Ìý

The successful applicant will commence Term 1, 2025 as a permanent Teacher, with a position of leadership (POL 3 + 550 minutes of release time) allocated until January 2027.Ìý Ìý
