Role Description/Criteria

The Director of Wellbeing plays a pivotal role in cultivating respectful and safe relationships between students, staff and families. Working collaboratively, this position will work as part of team of Directors of Wellbeing who are responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating wellbeing strategies, policy and processes to support student engagement and preparedness for learning.

This role will support Year Level Leaders with the early identification of students at risk, and the implementation of appropriate interventions to address concerns relating to behaviour, attendance, participation, accountability and self-regulation. Ìý

As a mentor for both staff and students, the Director will clearly articulate the College’s expectations to students and families and champion the restorative process between students, staff and families.Ìý Ìý

The successful applicant will commence Term 1, 2025 as a permanent Teacher, with a position of leadership (POL 4 + 600 minutes of release time) allocated until January 2027.Ìý Ìý
