The Opportunity

Due to departmental growth, we are now seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in 2025!

In this role, you will be working closely with the Learning Diversity Leader to review, assess, and improve the teaching curriculum for Senior School.

This position will also be instrumental in providing literacy and numeracy support to students, ensuring they meet their academic potential. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Learning Diversity Leader to evaluate and enhance the Senior School curriculum.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new educational strategies to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Work with teachers to identify students' academic needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students receiving educational support.
  • Stay informed about the latest educational trends and best practices to recommend improvements.

About You:

You have strong experience in curriculum development and have confidently designed developed and delivered the adjusted curriculum to meet the learning needs of students.  Your working knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act and the Disability Standards have assisted you greatly in delivering great outcomes.
