Role Description/Criteria

This ongoing position commences as soon as possible for 3 days, Monday, Tuesday and Friday (0.6 FTE). A 4th day is negotiable.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

– experience in finance administration, with school experience an advantage but not essential.

– the capacity to manage the finance administration of the school office, including budgeting and payroll

– high-level organisational skills and the capacity to work within a team

– high-level communication and collaborative skills, with staff, students and parents

Special requirements:

All new staff at Holy Spirit Community School Ringwood Nth are required to complete an induction process prior to the commencement of employment and comply with the school’s Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policy.
