Nazareth College Is a school that operates with the consent of the Catholic Archbishop of Melbourne and is operated and governed by ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ (³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ).

We invite applications from experienced, innovative, dynamic and self-directed professionals to join Nazareth College in 2025 for a 12-month Full-time position (possibility of ongoing) for: 

  • Executive Assistant (EA) to the Principal  

The primary goal of the role is to support the principal’s focus on leadership, strategic goals and educational excellence. This is a senior administrative role at the College, requiring well-developed skills in organisation and collaboration.

The successful applicant will have exceptional communication skills, be able to multitask, manage confidential situations with discretion and be passionate about working in a school environment.
